Help with motivation

Good morning everyone, I'm getting back into working out after a very long break. My problem is I'm so excited at first and then I hit a wall. Work love to be part of a group to help

Hey! I struggled with the same thing, I'd do great for about 2 weeks and then I'd start slowing down and eventually lose my motivation. I gave this pretty cool program a try, and I fell in love with it. Not only am I keeping motivated but it's helped in so many other ways. It's called Thrive premium nutrition, by Le-Vel. Literally 3 easy steps in the morning, and these past 4 months, I've felt the heathiest and most energized as I've ever been. It's definitely worth looking into!
