I never stopped dreaming of a healthy body and healthy living but I just really can't do cause of lack of motivation. how can I be motivated? I really wanna challenge myself. can u share your motivation stories?
Everyone is different of course but my motivation kicked in after I turned 30. My self esteem was low, I wasn't happy with my body and my appearance and I really just had stopped caring. I knew wanted to be strong and healthy for my children so I started walking daily, watching my portions and just eating healthier. It's still a process I have my good days and bad but I've now come to love working out and being active and feel a lot better about myself!!! hope that helps!!!
