How to Avoid Junks

I seem to keep falling back to eating junks like always,am trying to build Abs and the junk makes it difficult.any advice please

Remove all the junk food in your house and don't buy any more. Replace it with healthy foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables nuts, etc. Simply, if you don't have any junk in your house then you won't have any to reach out and snack on. I would say though, really try to have self-discipline and teach yourself to resist. It won't be easy and you will give in at times but use those failures to make you even more determined and learn from them....

You can't eat what you don't have in home. Easy solution: don't buy it, don't eat
