Over the past days, i have been doing ab workouts. After i have done one for about 30 minutes to an hour per night, it had felt great and I can really see my six pack.In the mornings, it starts to fade away slowly. How can I keep my ABS from fading/going away everyday?
There has to be a way to keep my abs in good shape everyday. Any suggestions ?
Exactly what Sebastian said. Also continue to work abs consistently. Don't wait more than 3 days between workouts.
