Just getting back into working out. Looking for some motivation partners. We could check in daily/weekly to discuss weight loss, any exercise tips, etc. I'm starting today if anyone would like to join me. I have horrible motivation, but I'm going on a cruise next May and want to look amazing in a bikini. I've got about 80 pounds to loose. Can't wait to hear from more people.

I'm in. :-). I live in a town where our gym is always empty because they think is a waste of time. but I think not going and staying healthy is a waste of a body.

How's everyone doing today? I know it's just water weight, but, lost 4.5 pounds in 1 day. Can't wait to see how everyone else is doing!

I have had a very lazy weekend, today was my first day exercising since Thursday...I had a hard time with my flexibility tonite. No more goofing off on the weekends!

Found this recipe online. 255 calories, 30 grams of protein, and very filling! Also, extremely easy and quick to make. Only took me 15 minutes total!

Put all the shrimp frozen in a preheated pan without oil. (They will instantly bleed water so no need for extra calories). In another pot mix the soup normal and heat to boiling then set aside. Sautée the shrimp, then pour off water, and add soup from the other pot. Let simmer on low for about 3 minutes. Put in bowl and enjoy!

It suggested steaming asparagus and using it as noodles. Gonna try it that way next time
