Just getting back into working out. Looking for some motivation partners. We could check in daily/weekly to discuss weight loss, any exercise tips, etc. I'm starting today if anyone would like to join me. I have horrible motivation, but I'm going on a cruise next May and want to look amazing in a bikini. I've got about 80 pounds to loose. Can't wait to hear from more people.
Put all the shrimp frozen in a preheated pan without oil. (They will instantly bleed water so no need for extra calories). In another pot mix the soup normal and heat to boiling then set aside. Sautée the shrimp, then pour off water, and add soup from the other pot. Let simmer on low for about 3 minutes. Put in bowl and enjoy!
