How do you get motivated? What moves you even on your worst days? I'm tired of being tired and need help. After a mentally exhausting day the last thing I want to do is exhaust my muscles. Any tips, tricks, or advice would be great.
Hey Erin! What helps me is having reminders and someone doing it with me! I could help you and we could set certain times and we could do the workouts at the same time :-D
I set reminders and try to keep a routine.. I always feel better after a workout.. even on days I'm tired, I start slower and get into it once I'm going..
try listening to some motivational music while your working out , it really helps you. I perfer you doing some intense workouts so that you can really feel the burn and really experience the fun. Hope this really helped you out !! :)
and dont forget yoga after your done working out, it really helps you muscles stretch out and relax.
