REMEMBER YOUR GOALS
WRITE THEM OUT AND RE READ THEM EVERY MORNING.
Remind yourself of the reason you started in the first place, if you didn't think you got it then you wouldn't have started! You are worth more than to give up on your goals and you mean more to yourself and to others than to slack off. You got this okay? If you didn't then who does? And remember we all have 24 hours a day. We can't buy more time or buy our goals. You have to train and train your best every time. And just keep in mind that we all have bad days and sometimes you need to train yourself internally rather than externally.
