I am at a plateu I have been trying to get down from 157 to 135. I started this journey last summer. I did real good and lost almost 10 lbs before Thanksgiving 2015. Then I did not do good with walking or logging my food for November and December and gained 10lbs in that time. I was so mad at myself but got back on the wagon. Well here I am almost 7 months later and only down 9 lbs. And it has been this way for almost a month. Any ideas how to get off this plateu?
