I took a power nap and almost decided not to go afterwards. I am sore from yesterday but i made myself go. I didn't give 100% but i will. I am still proud of what i did. I forgot how hard single leg squats are. I also over estimated my leg press weight (by double!) I based it off what i was doing last year and instead of total lb i put that on each side lmao oops. I did good though, next leg day will be easier after this one lmao
