Recently, my mother has decided she is ready to loose the weight she has gained from various reasons.
I have offered to workout with her, and we do workout videos together. But she is getting discouraged, as she finds even low impact workout videos too hard, and thinks there is no programs for her.
I really want her to get healthy again, so she can experience life, i was wondering if anyone has workout ideas/ a workout programs for someone who weighs around 250 lbs.
