Workout programs for 200+

hello everyone!

Recently, my mother has decided she is ready to loose the weight she has gained from various reasons.

I have offered to workout with her, and we do workout videos together. But she is getting discouraged, as she finds even low impact workout videos too hard, and thinks there is no programs for her.

I really want her to get healthy again, so she can experience life, i was wondering if anyone has workout ideas/ a workout programs for someone who weighs around 250 lbs.

Have her start walking with you. Pilates or yoga is low impact. Great for stretching. Those should get her feeling good. Beginning yoga and Pilates. I hope it helps.

Also have her fill out her own profile. It will give her, her own exercises. You can support her by doing her exercises with her

Same problem here trying to get my mom to move a bit but everything is tough for her at that weight please let me know if find something and I will do the same

Get them to go for walk. It will feel good for them and they are moving. They don't have to start out with anything else. Trust me.
