Beverages, soft drinks devastate your efforts of staying fit cause of loads of sugar,CO2, and other chemicals.It is one of the major reasons of having big tummy.It is quite simple challenge that stay away from soft drinks and just drink atleast 14 glasses of water(you can drink more than 14 if you like).I am going to create workout too just for logging purpose.

Come skimblers, Join me freely.Lets stay hydrated,kill the profits of beverage companies and build some good habits

I avoid beverages...I only drink warm water with half lemon juice, orange juice with spirulina powder, coffee and beer..I don't need sugar..too sweet for me

you always drink water with lemon or just early in the morning???You can log this wo to track your water intake.

I drink water with lemon mostly in the morning and sometimes during the day...if I have eaten too much haha

Day 2: shitt Today was party at the house of my uncle and I drank one glass of soft drink...My bad..I do'nt remember even my challenge.
Total 12 glasses of water....
Official all parties are over now..this was the last one now I will give some time to my health☺

Getting motivated to drink water is sooo good for my kidneys....8 years ago I felt pain and the doctor told me that I had 2 small stones in one of my kidneys!!! got rid of them but wasnt drinking enough water...so now it's good for me. Thank you Sara!!!! I appreciate you and your challenge!!!

Day 5: when I drank 10th glass at 7 pm..after a while my stomach start hurting .may be because I was very much hungry.So I ate meal at 8.00 pm...my stomach felt relaxation after 5 minute..then I did not felt any quench of water. and stomach also did not allow me.....yeah no soft drink..infact I was offered but I said BIG NOoo✌

I can drink water, iced tea, juice, and lemonade, but not soda because I cut that out long ago.  I'm in this no soda challenge to lose weight.  I'll drink lots of water every day and stay away from soda.  It's a great way for me to lose weight.

Zoie I am not a personal trainer..infact not near to a trainer...But yeah I am trying to develop some good habits to stay healthy throughout my life.To join this challenge you just have to post your total intake of water dear. And avoid any kind of soft drink or beverages

Yes ! I love lemon water, usally i drink lemom water in the morning to help with digestion, then fresh lime water through out the day. (:

Day 10 : 11 glasses....stomach full of water..my eyes gonna shut.Am I flying???lol I just drank water not a beer.hahaha
