Beverages, soft drinks devastate your efforts of staying fit cause of loads of sugar,CO2, and other chemicals.It is one of the major reasons of having big tummy.It is quite simple challenge that stay away from soft drinks and just drink atleast 14 glasses of water(you can drink more than 14 if you like).I am going to create workout too just for logging purpose.

Day 2: shitt Today was party at the house of my uncle and I drank one glass of soft drink...My bad..I do'nt remember even my challenge.
Total 12 glasses of water....
Official all parties are over now..this was the last one now I will give some time to my health☺
Well, I drunk 10 glasses of water aaaand... 5!!! Glasses of beer.. hick.... Tomorrow I 'll be good I promise
Day 4: no soft drink and yeah 16 glasses of H2O
Day 5: when I drank 10th glass at 7 pm..after a while my stomach start hurting .may be because I was very much hungry.So I ate meal at 8.00 pm...my stomach felt relaxation after 5 minute..then I did not felt any quench of water. and stomach also did not allow me.....yeah no soft drink..infact I was offered but I said BIG NOoo✌
I can drink water, iced tea, juice, and lemonade, but not soda because I cut that out long ago. I'm in this no soda challenge to lose weight. I'll drink lots of water every day and stay away from soda. It's a great way for me to lose weight.
Day 7: 10 glass of water and 3 sips of soft drink......was feeling bot good in market snd there was no water.
Day 9 12 glasses of water ....Hey Sara.. I drunk the rest that you left me Ty dear!!!
