Going on a small road trip soon and I always want to eat when I'm driving, because I'm bored. What would you guys recommend I bring to snack on that is healthy or do before leaving for a trip?
You could always get some fruit and dry cereal to snack on. I like kashi bands of cereal, theres another called (Kind) the peanut cluster is always a good one, that and a banana and you have a pretty good snack. You could eat jerkey too even though its high in salt, as long as your not eatting the whole bag in one sitting youll be fine. Even if you do just drink plenty of water... just water. A lot of people would drink a gatorade with their jerkey not even thinking that know theyve doubled their intake of sodium.
