GUYS. I feel weak when i do workouts, suggest me good meal to gain energy

Plenty of greens and other veggies do the trick for me, not to mention lean protein like fish! I like drinking orange juice or coffee and blueberries before workouts as well. Do you have any dietary restrictions?

i daily drink orange juices. and milkshake too. but its won't on me :( what to do? i guess i do start to eat fish is'nt?

It's not all about diet but proper rest too.. are you sleeping enough after your workouts?? And by the way..banana shake is my most fav. For energy.. And also milk with turmeric powder (( I know it sounds weird but really it works)).. Turmeric powder also helps in strengthening of bones ,.!!

Just over all more food. More sleep. And keep working out. There isn't some magic recept for energy.

Taking caffeine(coffee) at arround an hour before working out could help.

Drink lots of water !! I used to get dizzy just standing up, I was very dehydrated. your case may not be as severe as mine .. but if you don't like plain water. try lime water, lemon water , or any juices that are over 75 % water.
