Just over all more food. More sleep. And keep working out. There isn't some magic recept for energy.
Taking caffeine(coffee) at arround an hour before working out could help.
Drink lots of water !! I used to get dizzy just standing up, I was very dehydrated. your case may not be as severe as mine .. but if you don't like plain water. try lime water, lemon water , or any juices that are over 75 % water.
