where I live, it's incredibly hot. like 98-110°. I love to run , but it's to hot to go outside and plus the bugs are killer. I can't wait until fall to get back in shape. any suggestions?
If your looking for indoor based workouts HITT style or AMRAP (as many reps as possible in a alotted time)
Example : this would be a workout for 4 rounds then your time how long it took to finish it, the goal is to always better you last time
1. 10 tuck jumps
2. 10 push ups
3. 10 walking lunges
4. 10 v ups
5. 10 burpees
6. 10 air squats
7. 10 tuck jumps
8. 10 sit ups
In NC it ain't pretty. 9Somthing but always says it feels like 100+. Want to play basketball so bad! Once in a while you just got to sweat it all out. Or go canoeing in the sun for 2 hours.... But yeah, not pretty today.
