I hate losing and looking for some motivators to help out!
I used food as a motivator for exercise. I had to exercise to award myself the prize of eating. The harder the exercise the bigger the prize. I keep track of calories and try to burn 300-500 more calories than I consume. I focus on a larger breakfast and lunch with minimal dinner. I have diabetes too and found my glucose level much lower in the morning as well. Consume 1 gram/day for every pound you weigh so you don't lose muscle. Also do resistant exercises to build muscle and keep an afterburn going.At first it is hard but I started seeing results in a couple of weeks which motivated me. I now am an exercise addict.
