Same or different work out?

Hello everyone, I have been doing workouts from Workout Trainer. I do different work out everyday. One of my friend told me today that it is not so good to try different work outs daily, it is better to do same work out for at least a week and then, you can change the work out. I am a great procrastinator and I fear that if I follow the same work out, it may feel dull, I may feel lazy and, procrastinate. What should I do? Should I follow the same work out or, is it Ok to change on a daily basis?

same I think, it will be very boring if I do same workout, it's quite dull and boring

You should definitely switch it up every once in a while.

It doesn't really matter. As long as you can work hard.
