Just some tips I use on myself and for when I personal train my lacrosse players!

1. Find the right music playlist! Do what gets you happy and pumped or just in the rhythm!

2. Find a mirror! I found that having myself or my players look into the mirror while working out is a great way too watch your form as well as look yourself in the eye and keep yourself going.

3. Find a partner! Even if it's one through this app where you just compare your calories lost and nutrient intake at the end of every day!

4. Keep moving! You're not alone and your goals aren't that far away!

I hope this list helps anyone who might need it, it helped me and it helps my players keep going.
