So,I started working out this september,like I used to work out 2 years ago. The problem is that back then,it was so easier to make a progress than it is now. It feels like my body is failing,the workouts are getting harder insted of easier. I started eating more than usualy and I dont even enjoy the food,it's just there. I even gained some waith.. I have no motivation or strenght to work out/study/do anything. I dont know what to do,I'm kind of lost and feel alone and I have a strong desire to stop trying but I'm going to hate myself if I do it. Last 2 or 3 workouts that I did were so poorly done that it's shameful. Any help?

Hi Tea, It's absolutely normal. Don't worry it cannot go worst than this,you'll only get better. I promise you once you start again you'll be stronger than before. With lots of regards Raj Sheth

hey Tea, sometime I also feel same but we have to keep going , find what your heart saying to you, take baby steps first , slowly tiny steps in any fields and always remember you are the best creation of Allah (God). don't think much , just do it
