I used to workout, exercise alot but had an injury and had to stop for awhile. Now I'm almost completely healed, I'm trying to get back into the groove but I lack that......motivational drive had before the injury. What gets you going , and most importantly, what keeps you going?

Hi Chris, you mentioned that you used to workout, which means that you used to have the motivation to do it. I'd like to turn the question back to you. What used to motivate you to workout?

Thank you very much Sylvie, that's a real good way of looking at what i had said. I used to really want to be healthy because of my age and knew that exercise was one of the biggest way to feel good about yourself. So i guess that would be a huge factor for my motivation.
Again Sylvie ,thanks for the the advice. Made me really think about why i want to workout.
