I will:
Drink 80 oz water
Complete 30 min workout
Drink morning detox Apple cider vinegar
Avoid excess sugar treats around me for the holiday.

How you prepare detox water? how m7ch you drink?

Apple cider vinegar. I do 1 tablespoon in about 4 oz water daily. Add honey & stevia to help the taste.

Today we have a holiday party with my family and nieces & nephew. 

AM detox water
Midday 30 min workouts 
Water--at least 60 oz
PM Natural Protein drink
Evening: I will avoid bread on the party sandwiches! I'm sure I'll cave on having some Christmas candy, but I do my best to have only 1-2.
