I have been really hungry the last few days!! Ugh. We are having a party today. My plan is to drink all 80 ounces of water, have my natural protein drink, Watch full cues to not over eat, and have a smoothie for lunch I am home.

I am also going to try to eat really good all day since tonight there will be a lot of temptations.

Hey Jessica.
Let's get this fat off for life! I have 40lbs to drop. Gonna, gotta do it. Sunday work out. Nothing fried. Drink that water. Cleanse the bowels. Get up early and get moving.
This is where I'm starting.
I'll be 50 next year, 5'2", 185lbs...no ma'am. Not okay. Healthy life begins now.

I'll be cheering you on! You do the same. I'm 34, and weigh 180 at 5 ft 3. Yikes! I got down to 127 in my late. 20s. Once I hit 30 nothing works! I'm trying to be really strict on sweets, drink lots of water, and plan for pitfalls every day. Of course, workouts too! Keep in touch anytime!
