I need help! I'm 16 years old, I'm 5'6 and I weigh about 205 pounds. I'm currently in football so I already workout about 3 hours each day (2 hours in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon). However I need motivation to do extra at home. I also have goals to lose my belly fat and gain some muscle. It would also bennificial if someone were to help me get some diet tips.

Hey Deric! I'm 18 and would love to help you with your goals. My current goals are to add mass but I've been working out for a few years and remember how difficult it was when first starting out. I can provide you with diet advice as well as exercise, even home workouts. Would you like help to make a plan for yourself?

Can you help me possibly? Ive technically only worked out 1 day in the gym before.
Lately I've been riding my bicycle around 4-7 miles every other day for the last week.
Im 28, 135, and I have a positive outlook on this APP and the workout network community, excited for a new healthier, ME.
