Lift my booty and lose weight

Hey guys
May be a slightly odd one but I have a gd sized booty and boobies but I have gained 20lbs that I want to lose but I want to maintain my booty and boobies.. every time I lose weight these areas become affected.. any ideas for exercises or programs.. happy to upgrade so that I can follow to help. I would like to do some home training and gym but I wanna keep my booty (but it needs lifting) and my boobies... Help pls

Well, I'm no expert, but the first mistake most people make when focusing on weight loss is dropping the dumbbells.
