High intensity High speed-Runaway

Hey amazing community would love for your help :) Well my post title says almost all of ny problem...
Atm Im doing an MMA fitness program and there is a peak of high intensity moves in fast pace and what happens is my heart beat just peaks soo high I can hear it and i start feeling dizzy and sick and I just stop the workout...I hate to stop workouts and give up on em but I just start feeling really bad and need a break and it totally kills my motivation. This kind of thing always happens to me in high intensity moves in any fitness program and I know Im not in the best shape in the world...But I really wanna get over this cause I enjoy working out but I hate giving up on it :< I do these workouts in the mornings before I got to highschool and in the evening I do a 22min bootcamp style workout I come really late so I dont have time for the 60min workouts the MMA fitness programs has so switching them is impossible for me...So any tips to deal with these high intensity moves sickness would really help

Heyyyyy! So I would probably refer you to a doctor to talk about this because it might be something more serious. But Dizziness and Nausea from Low Blood Sugar Because you do the exercises in the morning you haven't had enough sugar and carbs to help you. Maybe having something light would overcome the dizzy spells. Stay Hydrated to Prevent Dehydration Dizziness and Nausea would be a good thing. Also it could be things like Head Rush from Postural Hypotension or Orthostatic Hypotension which basically means that when you have a sudden drop in blood pressure you become dizzy. It...

Besides it being an actual health issue, it could just be the intensity is beyond your level. This is pretty normal with high intensity stuff. Depending on the workout format, what I personally would do is make a note of how long I can do the exercise, then try for longer next time. Or skip one of the sets, or otherwise adjust things. Working until you're sick isn't really good. Adjust the level, but just make a note of it and after a week try to improve a little.

Don't be discouraged by not being able to do the whole workout. Workouts are supposed to cause us to adapt to them. A workout you could do completely every time would be less valuable, as your body would have little reason to change. This way, you can observe your limits and push them a little each time, which is great for adaptation.

Thanks alot Pushing myself to the limits is something I really love doing So suddenly having that feeling really kills my mood but Im going to take your advice :) I've set an appointment to take blood tests my doctor said I could be having low iron once again but hopefully everything will turn out alright

Have you had your blood pressure checked lately, and regularly - with a professional-quality blood pressure machine (called a sphygmomanometer)?

Nope I don't have it checked regularly or anytime lately Pretty sure its been a few good years since I've seen the doctor
