How to bulk up?

I have a lot of lean muscle but want to bulk up. What kind of foods do I need to eat? Or certain types of exercises? Suggestions?

You need to be in a caloric surplus, which means eating more calories per day than you burn. You should also increase protein intake, and try to avoid 'dirty' bulking by not eating junk food. Otherwise you may end up gaining more fat than you would like. 

You can keep track of your calories using apps like my fitness pal, which also lets you calculate how many calories you need each day to gain weight. 

I suggest doing compound movements (squats, deadlifts, bench press, bent over rows, military press, dips, pull ups, etc.) as this is one of the best and quickest ways to increase size (your working multiple muscles at the same time and it increases testosterone levels).

lift heavy dude and eat every 2 to 3 hrs, pick up some creatine and whey protein if u can. hit me up if u need a good training program ill hook u up. Nick
