NEED MOTIVATION

So I have been in a place where I used to exercise everyday and now I am at a point where I lost my motivation my goal seems simple but depression keeps me down. Im hoping by posting this I gain new people that can help me to stay focus and share weight loss and work out advice with. I am open to anything you are willing to share.

If you're depressed, probably would be best, and really important, to see your doctor and see about treating it. Hope you'll try that!

thanx and I have and I am starting to feel a little better but with anything she can prescribe or suggest its gonna take some time

Try to surround yourself with people who have similar goals and are already motivated. Visualising how I will feel and look like (positive thoughts) once I achieve my goals helps me stay consistent and a little more motivated. 

More so, I've found following certain fitness people such as Brandon Carter, or Bella Rahbek on Social media (IG, YouTube) has helped me with working out more often. 

Another thing you can try is writing down your goals.

God loves you more than you know, beyond anything you could ever imagine. his mercy its new everyday and no doctor can heal you the way our creator can he wants to make you whole and he is more than capable of doing so to him be the glory forever i pray God will give you a hope and a future beyond your wildest dreams
