How to stay motivated?

Over the past year Ive been extremely lazy giving up to pressure and losing control over my sugar craving and Im having a very hard time to get myself back together get back on track and stay motivated :(

Any tips on how to deal with everything and stay motivated would really help

Ive made myself a few workouts of exercises I wanna do to get myself moving especially to work on my troublesome part my booty and now its about getting motivated and push myself to actually do it help me please

Would love to have some workout buddies here on skimble as well

The best ways to stay motivated is to first ask yourself about yourself about your goals then set small goals to accomplish in short periods. This will boost yourself also schedule your workouts instead of just going to the gym or home workout casually lifting or exercising (this will make you wanna quit). And lastly reward yourself after weeks and months go to celebrate and talk to others about your workout this boost you. Of course I'm sometimes on here as far as workout person.

Having a workout buddy would definitely be a good idea. Maybe you can find someone in your area who is struggling with the same issues? Hell, you could even work out over video calls with someone who lives abroad

I try to attach accountability by signing up for six week group fitness classes and inviting friends to different classes or to train for a 5K with me. I also do better when I have a hard goal like a race, vacation, etc. Looking good or performing well for that motivates me to keep going.
