Welcome back team!
I thought this would be good for us to keep everyone involved on our team connected.
This is for us Team Stay Focused 2017 to post: Questions, recipes, daily struggles, diet, workouts, supplements, anything at all even just a simple hello!
(Also this can be for members who would like to join our team requirements are: Be active, have workouts logged, don't be a ghost account [accounts who appear to have sudden workouts logged in a row then just disappear, or who just follow people and not log workouts] most importantly communicate with the team.)

Welcome team. Just going to post a little about myself to get this started. Currently I am trying to lose weight, tone, and clean up my diet, I workout 5-7 days a week. Mostly cardio with one abdominal day, and two days of minor lifting/bodyweight. I have a full gym setup for in my basement for my workouts, universal, weight bench, leg machine, treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, 800lbs free weights, ab roller, standing twist, and a couple other small accessories. I'm down about 11-13lbs for the year so far. I'm a vegetarian, but I do consume dairy. As far as...

Thank you for sharing, I'm also trying to tone, lose about 10-15lbs. But most of all I'm trying to tone my belly. I really enjoy working out is just getting to do it. The energy and motivation is desperately needed..
