Are there any programs for overweight people that can be effective without hurting knees and feet?

I'm overweight with knee and feet issues. I'd like to know what programs are available if there's any for overweight people, not including water aerobics since I can't even get in a swimming pool without developing eczema. Thanks! P.S. BMI Is 41%

BMI is a number, not a percent. Is your BMI actually 41 or is that your bodyfat percentage?

The biggest results, for anyone wanting to lose weight, are going to come from changes in eating habits.

Try using the myfitnesspal app to track your food, and if it doesn't bother your knees, try going for frequent short walks.
If you have access to one, a recumbent bike (the kind where you kind of sit back in a chair and pedals are out in front of you) is really good for starting out. Most gyms have a couple.
After you've lost a bit of weight, maybe some of the other workouts will feel better.
