Hello everybody I'm Steve and I'm back finally and I just want to let you guys know that I have no motivation no desire to do any exercise is over have no energy no stamina and I just want to know anybody out there could give me some advice on what to do to get that motivation and back because I have no desire of doing any exercises please give me any of your comments on what you do thank you....

I suggest trying to think about why u want to workout out, like how it would benefit you. And just visualise how you would feel once you achieve your desired goals. 

It also helps if you follow fitness gurus, on Insta or YouTube for example, as that's where I get some of my motivation. 

Ultimately though, it comes down to how important it is to you, and WHY!
Always keep your reasons in your mind and also write them down.

Do you have an idea of why you can't seem to find any motivation?
