It is 45° here in Pakistan. So what should be our workout plan during these days. And give some tips as well

When I was doing a lot of cardio in the hot humid summer of Korea, I started getting bad muscle cramps, from sweating too much and not replenishing my electrolytes. At first I just used Gatorade, and it helped, but later I found some tablets I could drop in my water that would add the vitamins I needed without the extra sugar and unhealthy stuff, and for much lower cost per serving. The brand name is "nuun" but there may be other similar products.

The key is to not just drink water, but to consciously replace the other nutrients you are sweating out.
