I have had little to no motivation, what is the deal?

That's expectable. Motivation IS temporary. NO ONE is motivated all of the time. Ur motivation will deplete every and then. 

What's important is pushing through and doing it anyway, whether u feel like it or now. The way I see it is that u can't always rely on motivation. You also need self-discipline, which means doing what needs to be done whether you like it or not. 

So, I suggest figuring out why fitness is important to you and visualise the benefits that you will get once you achieve your goals. You should attach emotions to this - how excited, happy etc. u will be once you achieve your goal. 

Once u have ur motivation. Work on ur self discipline, the more u use it, the better it will get over time. You'll find that soon you won't even look for motivation. Your self discipline will be enough. 

Hope this helps. You can look up self discipline if you want. Remember, if it's important to you, you'll find a way.

Get discipline instead of motivation. Workout on the same days or same moments so it becomes a habit. Sticking to it is the biggest factor of Succes.
