Workout during Ramadan

Can anyone please tell me that what should be our workout plan during Ramadan. We have to fast(being without water and food) for 16 hours a day. And this routine will last upto a month. Can anyone please guide me.

I would advice you to workout as close as possible to your eating window. Or during ur eating window.

You need protein in the hours after your workout. This for keeping and building muscle. Also it's a good idea to rehydrate after working out. Both these things make it ideal to workout as close as possible to food and water.

As for workouts do whatever you like/are training for. You will probably will have to make it less intense. Lift a bit less heavy. Run a bit slower. Because of being really low on energy. If you are lifting. I would advice to try and lift 'heavy' and low reps. To try and keep your strenght. If you are training more conditional. It matters less. Try to find out what you can do.

Rappa's recommendation is exactly what my friend does during Ramadan. He does what he can physically do after eating. You have to be careful with hydration. That was his biggest struggle during it.
