Vianice, do you mean you need to get into better shape? If so, you can adjust your food and eat more protein and green vegetables, and remove junk food and sugar, and eat fewer carbohydrates. Also get at least 20-30 minutes of exercise each day- walking, dancing, climbing stairs, etc. Do you have a friend or relative you can exercise or play sports with?
