Hey guys! I'm 126lbs, just need to tone up my legs, stomach, and butt. Any workout plan suggestions? Also, what kind of diet should I be on?

i think you should use the Brazilian booty exercise but I am not sure about the diet but if you are in Oklahoma then would you mind if I am your boyfriend

hi Justin, i saw your comment in this topic post, and i saw the same comment in another post! I just want to give you some advice. asking women if they want to date you in the comments section on any website doesn't work, actually it comes off as extremely creepy and if you are doing this then it does nothing but show your desperation! my advice is to stop it! this app is called "workout trainer!" not Match.com! But if you really want a girlfriend then you have to do two things. 1. wait a few years to mature!...

Find a HIIT workout plan that you like and be consistent. My guys have loved P90X. It kicks your a** and gives you results (With proper nutrition).
