It's been so hard trying to lose weight & keep it off. This is the most weight I've been my entire life, & I'm ready to do whatever is necessary to loose this weight, but I got health issues that stop me from weight lifting. I can do 5 pound weights bur I can't heavy lift & I can't do yoga which sucks because I actually like yoga. But this health issue is serious & may go away with weight loss & other things . I'm sock of my body . Im sick of not being able to get tattoos. I need some advice. What can I do? I don't have a car can't go to gym, house is cluttered & small no space to exercise. I wish things were easier, neighborhood not safe to go for a jog outside

Clean out the clutter from your house this will make you feel better and give you space. I have asthma,a pacemaker and I exercise every day. Stop making excuses everyone can do something.

Will your health issues allow you to do cardio?  The first step in losing weight is your food intake. If you can start monitoring that area , you'll see weight loss. The workouts are secondary because while they will help lose the weight and have health benefits... you can't out exercise a bad diet. So you need to first make sure you get your eating on track.
The key to losing the weight..
1. Watch what you are eating/drinking
2. Exercise
3. STICK WITH IT ;-)

I hear you.  I hate my body and need and want to loose weight.   I also have issues that make exercise more difficult.   Maybe we could help each other.

As Blessed said you can't out train a bad diet. If you've already spoken with a registered dietician and have had no results you may need to seek a health professional's help in finding an underlying issue within your body. Just take things one step at a time, clean out the clutter in your home, eat healthy, and make "S.M.A.R.T" goals. You've got this
