I'm desperate to loose weight. I've had multiple back surgeries plus I have fibromyalgia. The last few years I have spent sitting around. I need friends, support, motivation, and understanding.

If you want to loose weight, do it! Just push. I know it will hurt, I know you will be sore but you won't regret it. Push yourself and your body for amazing results. Work out at least five minutes a day and you will see a change. You got this!

The key to losing weight is always diet. With fibromyalgia, id recommend speaking with a registered dietian that specializes in that. Once you have your diet on point you'll feel tons better emotionally and physically.  Its important to know your body's limits. Then you can start slowly incorporating more and more exercises. Stay as active as you can be, some days will be tougher then the others. You just have to keep up consistency. You've got this! You can do this! :)
