Hey! You up for a challenge? Just you and me, the challenge will start in exactly one week ( tmr will mark the start of the week) and it will last for 3 days.

In this challenge you will pick an exercise to do. It can be squats, pushups, sit-ups, leg lifts, lunges, jumping jacks, anything you want. And for 3 days we will do as much of that exercise as our heart wishes! But we must keep track of how much we do.

At the end of the 3 days we will text each other how much we did and the person with the most is the winner! (Winner will either be you or me). And even if u dont win its okay because you get a great workout in!

If you are interested text me what exercise you would like for us to do and we will start in a week! Ahhh I'm so exited I hope you join!

Ok let's do this  I would like push ups  today is Friday do you wanna start August 14 th which is a Monday  and we will post our total Thursday morning
