Just looking for more like minded individuals to help each other keep motivated. Fairly busy medical assistant, mother of two, married to a busy woman who's on this journey with me. But we've hit a snag. Her work schedule has changed which means my evenings I have to usually work out by myself. So just want some new like minded people who want some motivation just like myself.

Leah, youre wonderful. Im mostly on this. she isn't. But that would be great. im trying to post daily on my profile. today i had to relax, becaue i got hit hard with a heaf cold

Thank you! May I ask why she isn't on here as much as you? If you do not want to tell me, you don't have to. I try to workout everyday. If you have questions or just want to talk cause you had a bad day, I'd love to listen! I will do my best to answer them. Do you know how to get rid of lower belly fat? I would love to say goodbye to it. Hope you feel better real soon!

I should have clarified lol My wife doesnt use this app. I have been using this app for few years now. I'm the more social one.

Lower belly fat, ab workouts, decrease salt and sugar. High protein diet. If you do walks, tighten your abs as you walk.

Just do three workouts a day. Any workout. Today I did a 2 ab workouts and one for stretching. They weren't even really long workouts.  It's just important to do a little bit of something everyday.

Yeah, in concept it's easy, it's getting the motivation to workout that's hard lol. It's a cool group. What areas are you focusing on?
