Seem to be running out of steam!!

I've been working out for about a month now. I started out having to stop after just 5 minutes of any type of exercise and I could only do cardio for a couple minutes before being completely done. In the last couple of weeks I've been able to last 30 minutes to an hour at 50% or less. I even found I was stronger and able to do moves I couldn't do before and even in my life I seemed more able. But the last few days, I've been struggling bad. I wear out before my workouts even really get started and I find myself just hoping they'd end quick! My muscles even feel weird sometimes. They don't hurt, they just feel like ghosts. They have zero explosive power. Anybody else gone through this??

Are you overtraining? Pushing yourself too hard, or too often? You didn't mention your nutrition. The nutritional side is FIRST, followed by your workout plan and doing it. Have you figured out your basal metabolic rate - BMR? That's how many calories you use every day just to stay alive- to breath and function- even before you count exercise. Once you sort these things out, you have a more solid base that you can work with for the LONG TERM. : )

nutritionally I'm all over the place. I've been getting better at cutting carbs and calories but i doubt that after my evening sure there is any difference. I breastfeed so thats all I have to know Ive burnt any calories in the day if I dont work out.
