Lost motivation

Hiya guys hope you’re well, it’s been a while since I’ve been on here put on about a stone since my last competition in October. Totally lost it after that lost my mojo and I haven’t been to the gym much probably as I’m tired to from working 13 hrs a day 60 hrs a week doesn’t help .
I know it can only come from me the motivation but I’m finding it really hard to get back into it any help would be appreciated xx thanks 🙏

I've been out for ages for similar reasons. Namely, shift work and 3 kids all under 5 years old (I adore them).  I'm trying to get back into doing regular exercise after a couple of failed attempts.  I've finally accepted that numerous workouts a day (what I used to do) isn't a realistic goal anymore - now I'm a busy daddy. I'm aiming for high intensity workouts less than 10 mins in duration 2-3 times a week.  Once that's a regular thing I'll re-assess.  Something is better than nothing I figured. Good luck.  Don't be disheartened.  The fact your back on here talking is a great sign.  Never give up.  Start small.

You can get back to it Louise. Do the exercises you enjoy doing, even the quick ones. The endorphins will hit then and you'll want to do more. Good luck.
