My goal for 2019 is to run a half marathon in August 2019

My goal is to firm my Abs better. get more muscle in my arms and legs. not to gain weight back and keep fighting to lose the weight.

My goal is to lose more fat in order to reveal more muscle. Just wanna look strong and lean but still keep most of my lower body curves. I know spot reducing isn’t realistic but trying can’t hurt, right...? More HIIT! 💪😆

yea definitely, after i have this baby (new baby boy due in March♡) id like to spend time doing more muscle building of the lower body and keep lean muscle for everything else. i dont have a goal for cardio, i feel like i do enough

I want a rounder booty and good muscle tone. My biggest challenge is being consistent so that has to change this year

i think a lot of us girls have the same goal lol. i did good last year with this same goal, but id like to get stronger toned muscle for my uppet body while continuing to grow muscle for the lower body

Hi, I'm 51 and in the worst shape ever. I'm 5 ft. 9 in. And weigh probably over 200. I hate exersice because its never fun doing it alone. I need a reason or challenge. But one that is within reason. I have knee issues and weak wrists. I went from standing at a job all day to sitting at my job 2 to 3 times a week. I wanna get fit and lose this gut. BTW I'm menopausing so that's no help. Can someone,e help me?
