Hi, what if u start to lose your motivation? Like what if u get super busy and you just aren't in the mood to workout. What u do?

Try a little pre workout powder. For me, it's been a great way to give me that little extra energy to get off the couch and into the gym plus gives that extra little boost to push a little further and a little harder in your workout. I swear by Cellcore C4

Hello, Britt! I hope you're having a beautiful weekend!

My motivation is mainly health related but almost always ends up only being a phase that lasts up to 6 months...that is...until my lower back gives up on me and I end up out of service for almost a week due to a weak core that causes a lower back muscle injury...then I start to work out again 😅

Just as in my current phase, I try my best to make it permanent but eventually I get a mental block that makes me think the workout sessions are taking too long and so it isn't worth spending that much time working out....eventually I stop and that's it for that phase 😕

I hope this current phase is permanent for my lower back's sake and my own independence as I grow older...nonetheless, in general it means I haven't given up for good yet...this time I need to find a way to keep those mental blocks away from my head

Hey Britt! If the motivation is lacking because your burned out or bored then you need to change up your routine. It also helps to find a workout buddy. I honestly think that working out with someone not only makes you push harder but makes it more fun. I wouldn’t recommend using pre workout powder unless you absolutely need the energy to workout. Once you make exercise and activity a part of your lifestyle you will have more motivation. Especially when you start seeing your desired results. Stay with it and never give up💪🏻😎
