Getting back to it...
At the beginning of the year, I started off strong. I was working out and eating healthy. I was starting to feel like a NEW Kelsey. But about 3weeks ago, a situation happen with my fam that led them to have to move in with me, my husband and my daughter. You are talking about 7 people in a two bedroom apartment.
Anyway it has been tough trying to juggle myself with my workouts and eating healthy and still trying to manage everything around my place.
I'm not giving up, I just need some advice about getting back to it.
