Hii folks! Today is my first time working out in a very very long time. I had my daughter 2 years ago and i completely lost my shape. Before i had her i was 115 lbs. Now i am 5'2" and 135 lbs. I wear a size 5 jeans and a medium shirt. Most people would look at me like i'm crazy for wanting to lose weight, but i have never been this big before. It's extremely hard for me to look in the mirror and be happy with my appearance like i used to. Well, anyway i'm not looking for someone to feel sorry for me just someone to keep me motivated!
Beginner here! I know what you mean! Just keep working at it and before you know 5lbs are gone!
"Effort only fully releases its reward after a person refuses to quit."...just remember weight wasn't put on overnight so it won't come off overnight...I've lost 130lbs...over the years my weight has yo-yoed...when I had the last 10lbs to loose before reaching my goal weight my body plateaued...have I wanted to quit, absolutely...have I cried out of frustration, you better believe it! But I kept my eye on the prize and kept it movin'! You've got this if you really want it!
My suggestion...clean eating, drink plenty of water...get ample rest and interval training (max results in less time) in my opinion there's nothing better!
I feel your desire. I just started working out about 3 weeks ago after a few years of being a couch potato. In the same situation I am bigger than I have been ever and feel like yuck every time I look in the mirror.
This ap has been great at providing motivation and a variety of workouts to keep things fresh. Start a schedule and remember to keep moving every day. It gets easier and fun the more it becomes habit

I had my daughter two years ago. And I was always 100-115, couldn't gain weight, I got up to 170 and stuck around 155. Been at this for about three weeks, eating semi good. And workin out everyday. Its going to be a long road!

I just started 1-2 week ago and i am doing yoga and it helped me with my sleep 3 workout = 1H.20.
Im new too just downloaded this today all i need is the energy i dont lack motovation but my body is always tired
