For breakfast, i ate eggs with tomato and onions. Lunch i had a portion of steak, rice and vegtables. For dinner i went to a chinese buffet, i got lots of vegtables, salmon, some chicken and noodles!! For dessert some fruit and ice cream that i felt guilty about, i felt guility about most of the meal but hey, ive been eating healthy all week! One bad meal wont make me fat! The exercise of my day was a walk/run. I only did a mile because i was with my sister and after some cardio for an hour. How was everyones day?
