What is your goal? What are you hoping to achieve? Share and motivate eachother! Feel free to also share your progress. 😊 My goal is to get my muscles back and tone my body so I can rock my graduation dress in june! 😺

Got down to my target weight so I guess I'm aiming for abs and toning muscle :)

My goal is for everyone to spell the word lose correctly. Loose is what everyone is hoping their pants become.

Also, I'm hoping to defy old age and look good in a bikini by summer.

I'm training for the tough mudder. I want to finish in the top few and qualify for the worlds toughest mudder.

My goal is to loose fatness around the hips (especially on the inside) so they can take me for very important competition...give me some advice..please

I want to be able to buy trousers that fit! At the moment i have about 2-4inches taken in off the waist, so definately need to tone my thighs!! I can dream 😊

I'd be happy to be a 5/6. I'm an 8-10 (depending on the brand). I used to be a 3/4 and thats too tiny.

I wanna get in shape and strong enough to join the armed forces so i can become a soldier, like i always wanted! At age 30, it wont be easy at all.

My goal is to prove to myself that its not too late to be healthy and be in great shape😊 also to feel proud and confident about my body✌. Hoping to lose up to 20 or more by may or june or atleast a few lol. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE! AND DON'T GIVE UP😄👍

You will, just eat right and focus on your goal. I feel crossfit is a great start for getting your body tone.

My goal is to pass the cpat in november. I need to build as much endurance and strenght to achive my goal of becoming a firefighter :)

Since losing 40 lbs last year, I'm down to 125 lbs and kind of at a stand still.  I would like to get to 110 lbs but that really doesn't matter to me.  I really want to tone up and lose the baby pooch my wonderful little girls gave me. Lol :)   Oh, for those of you wondering how I lost that 40 lbs, I counted calories.  I went from eating whatever down to 1200 calories, it wasn't easy but I think I have good self control.  I'm really bad at working out so when I started in April of 2012 with the counting calories minus the workout ( lol) but taking the stars if I had to go up, I was surprised that the weight was coming off because I didn't work out much.  Oh yeah, I kept track of what I ate and how much I was eating for that I used caloriecount.about.com.  Keeps track of everything, but this app or site I like for workouts :) 
And that's what I'm doing lol :D
