Im a 44 year old mother of three boys. I would love to know if any of you may have any suggestions on the best way to tone the inner thighs and lower abdomen. I have been procrastinating for some time now, and its time to start.
I would recommend some cardio, then mix in with some treadmills. I would start lightly and slowly on leg exercises for example; leg presses, squatting leg curls, etc... There are various exercises for toning the inner thighs! I would do some leg raises, bicycles kicks, planks and various ab exercises that can help you out. There are many on this app, choose one that is best for you! Stick to it til you reach your goals. Cardio can help you get in great toning shape! Eleptical machines can help also.
