Suggestions from my photo. I have been doing 50 push ups and 50 crunches day and night. Also been doing workouts on here.

Mix it up.
Try adding burpees, bicycle crunches, & mountain climbers.

You need to work your muscles from different angles. Right now you are working upper abdominals, pecs & shoulders. You should start engaging lower abs more.

So do all that and what else? I havent worked out in like 4 yrs
