Hi! The name is Jude and I was curious. How many hours a day do you workout for? How many hours a day should I workout to see results faster? I'm trying to gain muscle and I believe these workouts are working but I'm still unsure.

You don't want to over work... best advice to follow is listen to your body... it's going to tell you when it's had enough

Hi Jude, if I combine all the times, I end up working out around 2-2 1/2 hrs.
